I understand that my event is not considered booked unless it has been accepted by The Eleanor.
I understand that I can make changes to the details of my event as needed, but that all details must be final at least five days prior to my event.
I understand that the details of my event will be communicated via email.
I understand that in addition to paying a venue fee, I have committed to a food and beverage tab minimum in order to book my event. Further, I understand that the venue fee is not applied toward my tab minimum, applied as a discount, or refunded in any way.
I understand that although The Eleanor event staff does its best to answer all inquiries as quickly as possible, during times of high volume, it may take up to or in excess of 48 hours to receive a response. I also acknowledge that if my request is urgent (i.e. regarding an event taking place in one week or less), I can contact management via phone or text message at 405-655-0227.
